Local Financial Institutions,Tobacco and Alcohol Management Section

  1. Supervision and management of basic financial institutions.
  2. Supervising credit cooperatives on convening of legally regulated meetings and on election of director (chairman) and employees' representative.
  3. Reinforcing Tobacco and Alcohol Administration to protect consumer rights and citizen’s health.

Financial Management Section

  1. Audit on annual revenue budget, financial statement and supplementary budget.
  2. Management and supervision of revenue budget enforcement and the public debt.
  3. Management and supervision on bills including fines, the charges and fee, receipts and regular and irregular audits.
  4. Borrowing of debts and repayment of principal and interests.

Public Asset Management Section

  1. Public property management strategy, planning and regulations.
  2. Audit matters of damage, discard, deconstruct of real estate and the damage and discard of movable property of all public authorities and schools.
  3. Public authority property management, consultation, supervision and assistance on relevant matters.

City Property Management Section

  1. Management of non-public usage assets; the leasing, sales, and utilization of the City Government’s real estate properties.
  2. Actively recover non-public properties illegally occupied.

Disbursement Section

  1. Disburse all the treasury funds.
  2. The acceptance of disbursement applications and confirmation of budget balance.
  3. In charge of city treasury’s checks change, checks reissue and checks amendment. Affairs of transfer by remittance, following procedure of correction of data, remit again.

Administration Office

In charge of files, document, procurement cases, assets management, and other matters do not belong to other divisions or offices.

Accounting Office

In charge of matters regarding the budget and expenditure management.

Personnel Office

In charge of the remuneration, welfare, respective subsidiaries, personnel reward and punishment for public servants,and other overall personnel management.

Governmental Ethics Office
