The department has four sections and three offices: Women’s Development and Rights Section, Child Care Section, Health Promotion Section, New Immigrants Affairs Section, Administration Office, Accounting Office, and Personnel Office.

Women’s Development and Rights Section

Service for families in special circumstances, advocacy for women’s welfare and rights, promotion of gender equality, measures for preventing and addressing sexual harassment, women’s employment, entrepreneurship, and career development, among other matters.

Child Care Section

Maternity pension, childcare allowance, child- raising allowance; daycare center and childcare providers management; establishment of children development & daycare center, counseling & management affairs etc.

Health Promotion Section

Management of women's and children’s health, reproductive health, medical subsidies for pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and infertility, child healthcare, and related matters.

New Immigrants Affairs Section

Social welfare planning and implementation of new immigrants, New immigrants affairs meeting, Home welfare and services of new immigrants, Multiple empowerment and development of new immigrants, Comprehensive services of new immigrants.

Administration Office

Word processing, archive, cashier, official document management, affairs, purchasing, asset management, construction and maintenance, information system planning and design maintenance and management affairs, public relations and miscellaneous affairs that don’t belong to other sections.

Accounting Office

Budgeting, Accounting & Statistic affairs in accordance to law.

Personnel Office

Personnel affairs in accordance to law.
