Required documents for divorce registration (the original copies are required by all) and its procedures:
1.The identity documents of both parties (identity card for compatriots; passport, resident certificate, or entry & exit permit for foreigners or people from mainland China).
2.Household certificate, one photo shot in two years and is complied with the regulations, and a stamper (signature).
3.Divorce documents
(1) For both parties agree to divorce: carry a divorce agreement (should be accompanied by two witnesses’ signatures and other relevant information) and register by both parties at any household registration office.
(2) For juridical divorce: carry a divorce judgment and the certificate and register by one or both parties at any household registration office.
(3) Court mediation or reconciliation divorce: carry the court mediation transcript or conciliation record and registered by one or both parties at any household registration office.
