According to Waste Disposal Act, posting or painting on a public wall will result in a NT$1200-6000 fine. The punishment will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and in the case of refusal or failure to pay the fine, additional action will be taken. According to Telecommunication Act article 8, if one disobeys the rules and posts an advertisement, the telecommunication unit service provider will terminate the phone number posted on the advertisement.
